Thermodyn™ 6720 Series 31-6720-032-36-60D Sheet, 50 ft L, 1/32 in Thick, Silicone, Orange/Red
Silicone (MQ) is a very versatile material by the mere fact that the temperature range is more extreme than other synthetic rubbers. Silicone rubber is inert, very flexible and can be used in critical applications like medical and FDA environments. In addition to temperature, silicone rubber has superior resistance to water and makes an excellent electrical insulator. Silicones are very resistant to oxygen, ozone and UV light. They are typically odorless, tasteless, non-toxic and fungus resistant. Silicone also has great flexibility retention and low compression set.
